Native American Bank’s New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program helps economically under-served communities attract private capital by providing investors with a Federal tax credit.
Native American Bank’s Community Development Division (CDD) deployed $50 million in New Markets Tax Credit allocations from 2024-2025 and 100% of the projects were located in Indian Country. The combined allocations supported total project costs of approximately $150 million that focused on healthcare facilities, childcare facilities and infrastructure.
